药物离子导入技术在单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者中的应用

Application of drug iontophoresis in patients with herpes simplex keratitis

目的研究药物离子导入技术在单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月至2022年2月期间铜川市中医医院眼科收治的150例单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为研究组和对照组各75例。对照组患者给予更昔洛韦滴眼液治疗,研究组患者在对照组的基础上给予中药离子导入技术治疗,两组患者均连续治疗20 d。比较两组患者的治疗效果,治疗后1、3、5周的视力水平、住院时间、医疗费用、复发率及满意度。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为97.33%,明显高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的视力水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组患者的视力水平均明显提高,且研究组患者在治疗后1、3、5周的视力水平分别为0.41±0.04、0.48±0.06、0.58±0.08,明显高于对照组的0.34±0.02、0.41±0.04、0.48±0.05,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的住院时间、医疗费用分别为(8.16±1.46)d、(5648.26±516.32)元,明显短(低)于对照组的(12.54±2.16)d、(6523.48±452.47)元,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的复发率为1.37%,明显低于对照组的12.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗满意度为98.67%,明显高于对照组的90.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药物离子导入技术在单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者中的应用效果显著,其不仅能有效改善患者的视力,缩短住院时间,而且复发率低,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To study the effect of drug iontophoresis in patients with herpes simplex keratitis.Methods A total of 150 patients with herpes simplex keratitis admitted to the Department of Ophthalmology,Tongchuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the method of random number table,the patients were divided into the study group(n=75)and the control group(n=75).The patients in the control group were given routine treatment of ganciclovir eye drops,and the patients in the study group were given traditional Chinese medicine iontophoresis treatment on the basis of the control group.The patients in both groups were treated continuously for 20 days.The treatment effect,vision level,length of hospital stay,medical expenses,recurrence rate,and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group was 97.33%,which was significantly higher than 86.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the visual acuity of the two groups was significantly improved,and the visual acuity levels of patients in the study group at 1,3 and 5 weeks after treatment were 0.41±0.04,0.48±0.06,0.58±0.08,which were significantly higher than 0.34±0.02,0.41±0.04,0.48±0.05 in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay and medical expenses of patients in the study group were(8.16±1.46)d and(5648.26±516.32)yuan,which were significantly shorter/lower than(12.54±2.16)d and(6523.48±452.47)yuan in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of patients in the study group was 1.37%,significantly lower than 12.31%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients in the study group was 98.67%,which was significantly higher than 90.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Drug iontophoresis technology has a significant effect in patients with herpes simplex keratitis.It can effectively improve the vision of patients,shorten the length of hospital stay,and has a low recurrence rate,which has certain clinical application value and is worth popularizing.
