摘要 将蓖麻重油按一定比例掺入50#基质沥青中制备生物沥青胶结料,利用荧光显微镜与傅里叶红外光谱仪分析研究蓖麻重油与基质沥青共混机理,并通过室内试验对比研究不同掺量的生物沥青和基质沥青的各项性能,采用线性回归与灰色关联度分别对蓖麻重油掺量与生物沥青各性能指标之间的相关性进行分析。结果表明:当蓖麻重油掺量为10%~25%时,生物沥青胶结料具有良好的抗老化性、储存稳定性和低温性能,但重油的掺入会对其高温性能产生不利影响,同时回归分析与灰色关联度分析均表明重油掺量对生物沥青高温性能的影响要远大于抗老化性和低温性能,故重油掺量不宜过多,适宜掺量范围为15%~20%。 The bio-asphalt binder was prepared by mixing castor heavy oil into 50#matrix asphalt in a certain proportion.The blending mechanism of castor heavy oil and matrix asphalt was analyzed and studied by fluorescence microscope and Fourier infrared spectrometer,and the properties of different amounts of bio asphalt and matrix asphalt were compared through laboratory tests,The correlation between castor heavy oil content and various performance indexes of bio asphalt was analyzed by linear regression and grey correlation degree.The results showed that when the content of castor heavy oil was 10%~25%,the bio asphalt binder had good anti-aging,storage stability and low temperature performance.However,the addition of heavy oil had adverse effects on its high-temperature properties.Regression analysis and grey correlation analysis showed that the effect of heavy oil content on the high-temperature performance of bio asphalt was far greater than anti-aging and low temperature performance.Therefore,the heavy oil content should not be too high,and the suitable range of mixing was 15%~20%.
