泰州模式:以创新职业教育生态理念打造省级示范性职业教育集团

摘要 泰州职教集团积极探索区域性综合类职教集团特色发展模式,立足本土生根成长。经过多年实践形成了“治理+学徒-双引擎-体系-生态”的区域性职教集团发展路径,进而探索形成了区域职教生态理论,即“项目+平台”的职教集团自主演化系统、“意识共同体+利益共同体+发展共同体”的“三体”共同治理机制、“中高本”纵向贯通的职教生态发展高地、“双引擎”驱动职教集团创新生态演化、“企业群+专业群+专班”的校企合作新模式,形成了由点及面、由面拔高、丰富多彩的区域型职教生态演化理论模型,具有示范价值。 Based on local roots and growth,Taizhou Vocational Education Group actively explores the characteristic development mode of regional comprehensive vocational education group,and builds the vocational education group with the concept of education ecology.After years of practice,a regional vocational education group development path of"governance+apprenticeship-dual engine-system-ecology"has been formed,and the theory of regional vocational education group ecology has been explored and formed.That is the autonomous evolution system of"project+platform"for vocational education group,the"three-body"common governance mechanism of"community of consciousness+community of interests+community of development",the"highland of vocational education ecological development"vertically through the"middle and high school",the"double engine"driving the evolution of vocational education group's innovation ecology,and the new model of school-enterprise cooperation of"enterprise group+professional group+specialized class",which has formed a rich and colorful theoretical model of regional vocational education ecological evolution from point to point and from surface to surface,with exemplary value.
