伟大建党精神融入新时代高校学生干部培育的三维探析

伟大建党精神既有理论的引领力,又有实践的指导力,是中国共产党保持青春特质的“精神密码”。将伟大建党精神融入新时代高校学生干部培育有其价值意蕴。由此提出以伟大建党精神筑牢学生干部理想信念之基、引领学生干部实干担当作为、锤炼学生干部坚忍不拔之志、厚植学生干部心系青年之情。指出高校应聚焦学生干部群体提升融入精准度、双向遵循提升融入温度和力度、多维发力提升融入效度,坚持教育与自我教育相结合、线上与线下相结合、理论武装与实践培育相结合,切实增强学生干部对伟大建党精神的认同度,切实提升学生干部联系青年、服务社会的行动力。

The great spirit of Party building has both theoretical guidance and practical guidance.It is the spiritual code for the Communist Party of China to maintain its youthful characteristics.It is valuable to integrate the great party building spirit into the cultivation of college student leaders in the new era.Therefore,it is proposed to build a solid foundation for the ideals and beliefs of student leaders with the great spirit of Party building,to guide student leaders to do practical work and take responsibility with the great spirit of Party Building,to temper student leaders the quality of perseverance with the great spirit of Party Building,to cultivate student leaders to care for young people.Schools should focus on college student leaders to improve the accuracy of integration,two-way compliance to improve the temperature and strength of integration,and multi-dimensional efforts to improve the effectiveness of integration.Schools should persist in the unity of education and self-education,the combination of online and offline and the unity of theoretical arming and practical cultivation.
