针药结合对急性缺血性脑卒中未溶栓患者疗效观察

Observation on the effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on patients with acute ischemic stroke without thrombolytic therapy

目的观察针药结合对急性缺血性脑卒中未溶栓患者的临床疗效。方法将2021年10月-2022年6月期间,于江苏省南通市通州区中医院住院的急性缺血性脑卒中的患者60例,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组给予常规基础治疗加依达拉奉右莰醇30mg静滴q12h。治疗组在相同西药治疗的基础上,加用头皮针治疗。2周后,分析治疗效果,以及患者治疗前MRS值对比。结果两组患者均有比较好的治疗效果,针药联合治疗组的总有效率为93.3%,高于仅用西药治疗的对照组(83.3%),两组之间的疗效有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前的MRS值(NAA、Cr、Cho)无明显差异(P>0.05),存在可比性。结论针药结合治疗急性缺血性脑卒中未溶栓患者临床疗效更优,同时头颅磁共振波谱变化治疗前存在可比性,为证实针药结合治疗组优于对照组进一步奠定基础。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on patients with acute ischemic stroke without thrombolytic therapy.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke hospitalized in Tongzhou District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Nantong City,Jiangsu Province from October 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into 2 groups.In the control group,30 patients received conventional basic treatment plus edaravone dexcamorniol 30mg q12h.In the treatment group,30 patients were treated with scalp acupuncture on the basis of the same western medicine.After 2 weeks,the treatment effects and MRS Values before treatment were analyzed.Results Both groups had good therapeutic effect.The total effective rate of the acupuncture and drug combined treatment group was 93.3%,which was higher than that of the control group(83.3%).There was no significant difference in MRS Values(NAA,Cr,Cho)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of needle and drug combination in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke patients without thrombolytic therapy is better,and the head magnetic resonance spectroscopy changes are comparable before treatment,which further lays the foundation for confirming that the needle and drug combination treatment group is better than the control group.
