摘要
本试验建立了QuEChERS样品前处理法与气相色谱-质谱联用法相结合同时测定大米中莠去津、敌稗、乙草胺、丁草胺、丙草胺5种除草剂残留的方法。考察了基质效应的影响并通过基质匹配标准曲线定量,消除干扰。结果表明:5种除草剂在5~100 ng/mL浓度范围内线性良好。该方法的检出限在0.06~0.23μg/kg,定量限在0.20~0.76μg/kg,回收率在87.14%~118.12%,相对标准偏差在1.7%~6.8%。相关指标均满足检测要求,适用于大米中常见除草剂残留的分析检测。
A QuEChERS sample pretreatment method combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)was established for the determination of residues of five herbicides in rice.In the blank rice substrate,the linearity of each herbicide was good in the concentration of 5~100 ng/mL.The limits of detection(LODs)were 0.06~0.23μg/kg,the limits of quantification were 0.20~0.76μg/kg,the recoveries were 87.14%~118.12%,and the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were 1.7%~6.8%.This method is suitable for the analysis and detection of common herbicide residues in rice.
