摘要
直接经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PPCI)是急性ST段抬高心肌梗死的首选再灌注治疗策略。研究表明,急性ST段抬高心肌梗死患者在行PPCI后可能会出现冠状动脉微血管功能障碍,导致冠状动脉慢血流或无复流,与不良预后相关。现对急性ST段抬高心肌梗死患者接受PPCI后发生冠状动脉微血管功能障碍的病理生理机制、微血管功能状态评估及治疗策略进行综述。
Primary percutaneous coronary intervention(PPCI)is the preferred reperfusion strategy for acute ST segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Studies have shown that coronary microvascular dysfunction may occur in patients with STEMI after PPCI,resulting in slow-flow or no-reflow of coronary arteries,which is associated with poor prognosis.This article reviews the pathophysiology,assessment of microvascular functional status and treatment strategies for coronary microvascular dysfunction in patients with STEMI after PPCI.
