摘要
为解决渤海油田边测边调工艺现场应用过程中出现的测调扭矩过大或调不动的问题,对边测边调工作筒做了研究,分析故障原因。通过软件模拟,定量分析关键零部件在高温、高压环境下的形变情况,比对原工具关键零部件的公差数据,对边测边调工作筒关键部件结构尺寸做了优化设计,得到一种适用于高温高压环境下的边测边调工作筒尺寸设计方案,为后期高温高压边测边调工作筒的系列化开发,提供理论指导支撑。
In order to solve the problem that the measurement and adjustment torque is too large or cannot be adjusted during the field application of the measurement and adjustment process in Bohai Oilfield,the working cylinder is studied while measuring and adjusting,analyze the cause of the failure。Simulation via software,quantitatively analyze the deformation of key components in high temperature and high pressure environments,compare tolerance data of key components of the original tool,the structural dimensions of the key components of the working cylinder were optimized while measuring,a design scheme for adjusting the size of the working cylinder while measuring is obtained for high temperature and high pressure environment,it provides theoretical guidance and support for the serial development of high-temperature and high-pressure measurement and adjustment cylinders in the later stage.
