《黄帝内经》云“人以天地之气生,四时之法成”人应四时而春生、夏长、秋收、冬藏。五脏六腑气血运行各有法度。骨髓增生异常综合征(Myelodysplastic syndrome, MDS)中医学称“髓毒劳”,髓为病位脾肾虚损,邪毒内郁为基本病机,虚、毒、瘀三者相互胶结,导致疾病的形成与进展,根据疾病特点,及脏腑与病位之间的整体性与相关性,于扶正中加入血肉有情之品,大补人身精血,使精有所藏;针对毒邪在以毒攻毒基础上加入轻清芳香药物,助疏调气血引邪外出,给邪以出路,共奏解毒祛邪之效,以扶正祛邪,助人体恢复气血调和。

The Yellow Emperor′s Inner Classic says,“People are born with the qi of heaven and earth,and are formed by the method of four seasons.”People should be born in spring,grow in summer,harvest in autumn,and store in winter.The movements of qi and blood in the five zang and six-fu organs have their own laws.Myelodysplastic syndrome(MDS)is called“marrow consumption(Sui Du Lao)”in traditional Chinese medicine.The disease site is marrow,and the basic pathogenesis is deficiency of spleen and kidney,and the internal stagnation of pathogen and toxin.Deficiency,toxin,and blood stasis are mutually cemented,leading to the formation and progress of the disease.According to the characteristics of the disease,and the integrity and correlation between the viscera and the disease site,drugs with blood-tonifying and flesh-nourishing effects are added to the prescription of reinforcing healthy qi to greatly supplement the body′s essence and blood,so that the essence can be stored.Based on treating the malignant disease with poisonous agents,light and fragrant drugs are added to regulate qi and blood,induce pathogen to go out,give pathogen a way out,and exert the effect of detoxifying and eliminating pathogen,so as to support the healthy qi and help the human body restore the harmony of qi and blood.
