依那普利叶酸片联合硝苯地平控释片对高血压患者血压及同型半胱氨酸水平的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Enalapril Folic Acid Tablets Combined with Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets on Blood Pressure and Homocysteine Levels in Patients with Hypertension

摘要 目的:探讨依那普利叶酸片联合硝苯地平控释片对高血压患者血压及同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的影响。方法:选取2021年2月-2022年2月抚州市中医医院接诊的84例高血压患者,按随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组,各42例。对照组予硝苯地平控释片,在其基础上,观察组加用依那普利叶酸片。比较两组疗效、血压水平[收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)]、氧化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)]及Hcy水平变化、不良反应发生情况。结果:相较对照组,观察组总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组DBP、SBP水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组;治疗后,两组MDA、Hcy水平均低于治疗前,GSH-Px、SOD水平均高于治疗前,观察组MDA、Hcy水平均低于对照组,GSH-Px、SOD水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:依那普利叶酸片联合硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压效果确切,可调控其血压及Hcy水平,减轻氧化应激反应。 Objective:To investigate the effect of Enalapril Folic Acid Tablets combined with Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets on blood pressure and homocysteine(Hcy)levels in patients with hypertension.Method:A total of 84 patients with hypertension admitted to Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected,they were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets,on the basis of which,the observation combination was treated with Enalapril Folic Acid Tablets.The efficacy,blood pressure[systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)],oxidative stress indicators[malondialdehyde(MDA),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)],Hcy level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate in the observation group was higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,DBP and SBP levels in both groups were lower than those before treatment,those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group;after treatment,the levels of MDA and Hcy in both groups were lower than those before treatment,the levels of GSH-Px and SOD were higher than those before treatment,the levels of MDA and Hcy in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of GSH-Px and SOD were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Enalapril Folic Acid Tablets combined with Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets has definite effect on hypertension,which can regulate blood pressure and Hcy level,and reduce oxidative stress response.
