加强医院感染管理在医院感染预防和控制中的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Strengthening Hospital Infection Management in Hospital Infection Prevention and Control

目的分析在医院感染预防控制中加强医院感染管理的效果。方法研究时间从2020年1月至2021年12月,于2020年1月至2020年12月采用常规医院感染管理,设为参照组;2021年1月至2021年12月应用加强医院感染管理,设定为试验组;以院感科10例工作人员作为研究样本,并分别在加强管理前后抽取我院住院患者500例,对比分析两组医院感染发生率(血液系统、手术切口、泌尿系统、消化道、呼吸道)、工作人员质量评分(消毒隔离、基础操作、理论水平、专项培训、防控监测、感控监管)。结果试验组患者的医院感染发生率比参照组较低(P<0.05);试验组工作人员质量评分相比于参照组较高(P<0.05)。结论在医院感染预防控制中加强医院感染管理的效果显著,能降低医院感染发生率,同时也能提升工作人员的质量水平,应用价值比较高,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of strengthening hospital infection management in the prevention and control of hospital infection.Methods The study period was from January 2020 to December 2021,and the routine hospital infection management was adopted from January 2020 to December 2020,and was set as a reference group;from January 2021 to December 2021,strengthen hospital infection management and set it as the experimental group.Take 10 staff members of the department of hospital infection as the research sample,and select 500 inpatients of our hospital before and after strengthening the management,and compare and analyze the incidence of hospital infection(blood system,surgical incision,urinary system,digestive tract,respiratory tract)and staff quality score(disinfection and isolation,basic operation,theoretical level,special training,prevention and control monitoring,and infection control supervision)of the two groups.Results The incidence of hospital infection in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the quality score of the staff in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the management of hospital infection in the prevention and control of hospital infection has a significant effect,can reduce the incidence of hospital infection,and can also improve the quality level of staff.It has high application value and is worthy of promotion.
