球头柄尺寸对汽车推力杆性能的影响

摘要 本文使用摩擦焊焊接了不同球头柄内径尺寸的推力杆,在焊接工艺参数保持一致的情况下,研究了球头柄尺寸对摩擦焊缝角度和硬度的影响。结果表明球头柄内径与套管内径尺寸接近时,焊缝角度最接近90°。相应的疲劳试验结果表明,球头柄内径与套管内径尺寸更接近的方案疲劳寿命更好。本文的研究结果可为摩擦焊工艺推力杆的结构设计提供参考。 In this paper,the friction welding was used to weld torque rods with different ball handle inner diameter.The influence of ball handle size on friction weld angle and product performance was studied under the condition that the welding process parameters remain the same.The results show that the weld angle is closest to 90°when the inner diameter of the ball handle is close to the inner diameter of the casing.The corresponding fatigue test results show that the fatigue life of the scheme with the inner diameter of the ball handle closer to the inner diameter of the casing is better.The results of this paper can provide a reference for the structural design of torque rod with friction stir welding process.
