癫痫患儿父母出院准备需求的质性研究

A qualitative study on the discharge readiness of parents of children with epilepsy

目的 了解癫痫患儿父母出院准备情况,为提供科学有效的出院准备服务方案提供依据。方法 采用现象学研究方法,选取2021年11月—2022年1月在郑州市某三级甲等医院住院的13例癫痫患儿的父母为研究对象,通过半结构式访谈,采用Colaizzi七步法对访谈资料进行分析、归纳及提炼主题。结果 癫痫患儿父母出院准备需求可归纳为4个主题,即心理需求、信息需求、多方支持需求和构建延续性护理平台的需求。结论 癫痫患儿父母在患儿出院前有较高需求,医护人员应提供系统化出院准备服务,提高出院后居家照护水平,促进患儿的康复,提升患儿及其父母的生活质量。

Objective To explore the discharge preparation of parents of children with epilepsy,in order to provide references for adopting scientific and effective health guidance programs.Methods Semi-structured interviews were carried out for 13 parents of the children with epilepsy hospitalized in a class-3 grade-A between November 2021 and January 2022.The data were analyzed,summarized and extracted themes using the Colaizzi 7-step method.Results Four themes were extracted for patients′needs in discharge preparation,including psychological needs,information needs,multi-party support needs and needs for building a continuous nursing platform.Conclusion Parents of children with epilepsy have high needs before discharging preparation.Medical staff should provide systematic services to improve the level of home care,the recovery of children,as well as their life quality.
