宁夏自然资源全域全要素调查探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on the All Elements Investigation of Natural Resources in Ningxia

随着生态文明建设理念的贯彻以及对自然资源管理权益的重新认识,围绕自然资源管理需求根本,建立服务于宁夏生态系统保护的全域全要素自然资源调查监测评价体系,探索出符合宁夏区情的调查监测技术路线和工作方法,是当下宁夏自然资源管理工作中必须面对并需要解决的关键问题及工作要点。因此,以2021年宁夏自然资源调查监测体系试点工作为契机,从分类标准制定、自然资源调查工作内容、技术路线、工作方法等方面开展自然资源全要素调查监测工作研究。

With the implementation of the concept of ecological civilization construction and the recognition of the rights and interests of natural resource management,focusing on the fundamental needs of natural resource management,the key problems and work points that must be faced and solved in the current natural resource management work in Ningxia are to establish a whole area and all factor natural resource investigation,monitoring and evaluation system that serves the Ningxia ecosystem protection,and explore the technical route and work methods of investiga-tion and monitoring that conform to the situation of Ningxia.In this paper,taking the opportunity of Ningxia natural resources investigation and monitoring system pilot work in2021,we carried out the research on the all elements investigation and monitoring of natural resources from the aspects of classification standard formulation,natural resources investigation content,technical route and working methods.
