摘要
目的:探讨江西省高校学生裁判员赛前焦虑对执裁效果的影响。方法:以参加江西省百县青少年U12组足球赛的76名高校学生裁判员为研究对象,采用焦虑量表,调查其执裁前的焦虑状况,并现场观察记录其执裁效果。采用数理统计法研究学生裁判执裁前焦虑对执裁效果的影响。结果:在U12组比赛中,赛前焦虑与男、女性别可能有关;年级与地区对赛前焦虑有一定影响;执裁场次与裁判员等级是影响裁判员赛前焦虑的主要因素;赛前焦虑对执裁效果存在影响。结论:从低级别赛事累计经验、熟悉规则、积累执裁场次,是降低赛前焦虑与提升执裁效果的必要途径。
Objective:To explore the influence of pre-competition anxiety of college student referees in Jiangxi Province on the refereeing effect.Methods:76 college student referees who participated in Group U12 in 100 Country Youth Football Games of Jiangxi Province were taken as research subjects,Anxiety Scale was used to investigate their anxiety status before refereeing,the refereeing effect was observed and recorded on the spot,and the mathematical statistics method was used to study the influence of student referees'anxiety before refereeing on the refereeing effect.Results:In the Group U12 game,pre-competition anxiety might be related to gender,grades and regions had certain effect on pre-competition anxiety,refereeing number and the rank of referees were the main factors affecting referees'pre-competition anxiety,and pre-competition anxiety had an effect on the refereeing effect.Conclusion:Accumulating experience from low-level games,familiarizing yourself with the rules and accumulating refereeing number are necessary ways to reduce pre-competition anxiety and improve the refereeing effect.
