摘要
维修保障资源点选址方案的确定受安全性、交通条件、保障环境、保障距离等多方面的影响,如何高效、快速、科学地评价维修保障资源点选址方案的合理性,对提高部队装备维修保障时效性,充分发挥部队保障效能具有重要作用。在对相关问题分析的基础上,构建了维修保障资源点选址方案评价指标体系,并采用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法相结合的综合评价法实现对评价指标因素权重的确定和选址方案的合理评判,最后运用该方法对某维修保障资源点选址方案进行了综合评价。结果表明该方法对科学评价维修保障资源点选址的合理性具有积极作用。
The location scheme of maintenance support resource points is influenced by security,traffic conditions,environment and distance,etc.How to evaluate the site selection scheme of maintenance support resource point efficiently,quickly and scientifically plays an important role in improving the timeliness of military equipment maintenance support and giving full play to the effectiveness of mili-tary support.Based on the analysis of related problems,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of the location scheme of maintenance support resource points,and uses a comprehensive evaluation method combining AHP and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to realize the determination of the weight of the factors of the evaluation index and the reasonable evaluation of the site selection scheme.Finally this method is used to make a comprehensive evaluation of the site selection scheme of a maintenance supporter source location.The results show that this method has a positive effect on the scientific evaluation of the selection of maintenance support resource sites.
