基于多目标模糊层次分析法的除险加固工程效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 以临沭县苍源河曹村一号闸除险加固工程为研究对象,基于多目标模糊层次分析法建立了包含生态环境和社会经济2个一级指标和21个次级指标的综合评价模型,对模型判断矩阵一致性进行检验后,计算了D层指标的总排序和总权重向量矩阵,再利用专家评价法计算各指标单因素隶属度,最终求得综合指标结果为B=0.882,说明此工程实施效果的后评价结果较好,工程建设是成功的。 Taking the No.1 sluice danger removal and reinforcement project of Cao Village,Cangyuan River,Linshu County as the research object,a comprehensive evaluation model including 2 first-level indicators of ecological environment and social economy and 21 second-level indicators was established based on multi-objective fuzzy AHP.After checking the consistency of model judgment matrix,the total ranking and total weight vector matrix of level D indexes are calculated,and then the single factor subordination degree of each index is calculated by expert evaluation method.The final comprehensive index result is B=0.882,which indicates that the post-evaluation result of the project implementation effect is better and the project construction is successful.
