某金矿浮选药剂制度优化试验与生产实践

摘要 某金矿选矿系统浮选作业存在矿浆矿化程度较差、泡沫层薄、泡沫虚且载矿效果差的问题,对浮选指标产生负面影响。为了提升浮选指标,减少金属量损失,开展了浮选药剂制度优化试验研究及生产实践。结果表明:新型捕收剂对该矿石浮选效果较好,选择性能较强;采用碳酸钠、硫酸铜、新型捕收剂等组成的新药剂制度,并通过调整优化,矿浆的矿化程度逐渐转好,泡沫层变厚且泡沫载矿效果较好,浮选指标明显提升,在精矿产率略有降低的前提下,精矿金品位提高了1.69 g/t,金回收率提高了1.79百分点,尾矿金品位降低了0.12 g/t,增加了企业的经济效益。 The flotation operation of the ore-dressing system in a gold mine is challenged by poor slurry enrichment,thin foams layers,and vulnerable foams that don t perform in carrying concentrates.The flotation index is negatively affected.To improve the flotation index and mitigate metal loss,the experimental study to optimize the flotation reagent regime as well as its production practice is carried out.The results show that the new type of collector has a good flotation effect on the ore and is highly selective;the new reagent regime is established by sodium carbonate,copper sulfate,and the new collector.By optimizing the new regime,the enrichment of the slurry becomes better,the foam layer becomes thicker and the concentrate carrying effect is better,significantly improving the flotation index.While the concentrate productivity is slightly lower,the gold grade of the concentrates increases by 1.69 g/t,the gold recovery rate increases by 1.79 percentage points,the gold grade of tailings decreases by 0.12 g/t,and the economic profits are increased.
