摘要
“一带一路”倡议得到国际社会广泛认可与支持,经贸往来日益频繁,诸多法律问题需要更多复合型、应用型涉外法治人才予以解决。我国涉外法治人才培养取得了一定的成效,但仍面临培养模式创新不足、师资力量不够、涉外法律实践受限等困难。应进一步创新人才培养模式,扩大“法律+外语或其他学科”复合型人才的培养,通过改革教师评价体系、落实实践导师等手段提高师资力量,结合“一带一路”、RCEP等打造实践平台,切实加强涉外法治人才培养。
The Belt and RoadInitiative has been widely recognized and supported by the international community.Economic and trade exchanges have become increasingly frequent.Many legal issues need to be solved by more complex and applied foreign-related legal talents.China s foreign-related legal personnel training has achieved certain results.However,it still faces difficulties such as insufficient innovation of training mode,insufficient teachers and limited foreign-related legal practice.The mode of talent training should be further innovated,andthe training of“law+foreign language or other disciplines”compound talents should be expanded.Through reforming the teacher evaluation system and implementing practical tutors,we can improve the teachers’strength.Bymaking use of“the Belt and Road”and RCEP to create practice platforms,the training of foreign-related legal personnelis effectively strengthened.
