摘要
虚拟电厂以“通信”和“聚合”为核心,实现分布式能源的聚合和协调优化。文章通过基本概念、国内外虚拟电厂建设现状和虚拟电厂关键技术(协调控制技术、智能计量技术和信息通信技术)对虚拟电厂进行了介绍,并提出了促进虚拟电厂在我国发展的相关建议。
Virtual power plant(VPP)is centered around"communication"and"aggregation"to achieve the aggregation and coordination optimization of distributed energy.The article introduces the basic concepts,current status of VPP construction both domestically and internationally,and key technologies of VPP(coordinated control technology,intelligent measurement technology,and information communication technology),and proposes relevant suggestions to promote the development of VPP in China.
