摘要
目的:探讨分析规范化管理在检验科医院感染的预防与控制中的运用。方法:选取检验科2020年实行常规管理的200份样本,纳入对照组;2021年实行规范化管理的200份样本,纳入研究组。对比分析两组管理后的医院感染发生率。结果:研究组的室内空气质量、消毒灭菌物件、工作人员手卫生合格率,均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组感染发生率(16%),明显高于对照组(25%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:医院检验科实行规范化管理,可以加强检验质量,降低检验差错率,同时可以降低医院感染发生率,促进患者尽早恢复,维护患者的生命安全。
Objective:To explore the application of standardized management in the prevention and control of hospital infection in laboratory department.Methods:A total of 200 samples of routine management in laboratory department in 2020 were selected as the control group,and 200 samples of standardized management in 2021 were selected as the study group.The incidence of hospital infection between the two groups was compared.Results:The qualifi ed rates of indoor air quality,sterilization and hand hygiene in the study group was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the infection rate in the study group(16%)was signifi cantly higher than that in the control group(25%),the difference was signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The standardized management in the laboratory department of hospital can strengthen the quality of laboratory examination,reduce the error rate of laboratory examination,reduce the incidence of hospital infection,promote the recovery of patients as soon as possible,and maintain the safety of patients’lives.
