摘要
面向智慧、绿色、安全的世界一流港口建设需求,本文将标准化思维融入港口节能工作全寿命周期中,用智能化改变港口建设、运维理念,通过系统梳理国家、行业、地方、团体的现行标准,提出按照节能基础、目标要求、智能化规划设计评估、智能化经济运行、智能化能效评价、智能化节能优化等六大类构建港口智能化节能标准框架,建立了系统的、符合节能政策要求的智能化节能计量标准体系。
Facing the needs of smart,green and safe world-class port construction,the standardization thinking was integrated into the whole life cycle of port energy conservation work,which the concept of port construction and operation and maintenance was changed.The current standards of the country,industry,locality and group were systematically sorted out,and the intelligent energy-saving standard framework for the port was constructed in accordance with six categories,such as energy-saving foundation,target requirements,intelligent planning and design evaluation,intelligent economic operation,intelligent energy efficiency evaluation,and intelligent energy-saving optimization.Then a systematic,intelligent energy-saving measurement standard system that meets the requirements of energy-saving policies was established.The research results of the project provide technical basis for guiding port enterprises to carry out intelligent energy-saving metering management and rational allocation of port energy metering instruments,and a good foundation for the construction of"zero carbon"ports and the realization of"double carbon"goals is laid.
