中国已进入老龄化社会,积极应对人口老龄化,需要大力发展养老服务业。作为支撑养老服务业的基础,养老服务人才肩负着守护“夕阳红”的重要使命。为了更好地提高养老服务人才培养质量,需要将中华优秀文化融入专业教育。文章阐述了中华优秀文化的内涵及其融入职业教育专业人才培养的研究现状,分析了中华优秀文化融入养老服务人才培养的重要性和必要性,并以安徽城市管理职业学院为例,介绍了中华优秀文化融入养老服务人才培养的策略,以期对相关专业人才培养工作的开展提供参考。

China has entered an aging society,and it is necessary to vigorously develop the elderly care service industry so as to actively respond to the aging population.As the foundation for supporting the elderly care service industry,elderly care service talents shoulder the important mission of guarding the"sunset red".In order to improve the quality of training elderly care talents,it is necessary to integrate excellent Chinese culture into vocational education.The paper expounds the connotation of Chinese excellent culture and the current research situation of integrating it into the cultivation of professional talents in vocational education,analyzes the importance and necessity of integrating Chinese excellent culture into the cultivation of elderly care service talents,and takes Anhui Vocational College of City Management as an example to analyze the strategies of integrating Chinese excellent culture into the cultivation of elderly care service talents,with a view of providing reference for the development of relevant professional talent cultivation work.
