Research on China-Pakistan Industrial Cooperation in the Context of Domestic and International Dual Cycle

共建“一带一路”倡议是中国向世界提供的公共产品,对促进各国经济合作、文明交流互鉴具有重大作用。中巴经济走廊位于“一带一路”的交会处,对搭建中巴两国沟通桥梁具有重大价值。中巴经济走廊第一期的建设大幅度促进了巴基斯坦基础设施的完善、制造业的发展,在很大程度上解决了当地的就业问题,提高了人民的生活水平。2019年启动的第二阶段项目将继续推动巴基斯坦社会经济高速发展。与此同时,中巴合作面临融资、债务、地缘政治、安全等一系列问题,对此中国保持坚定的态度,采取相关措施预防风险和解决问题。维系两国的关系除了促进经济贸易和产业合作之外,还需要大力推动两个不同文明之间的多元文化交流,实现文明交流互鉴。在教育、科技、文化等领域促进中巴深层次战略协作,有助于共建“一带一路”倡议的实施。

The Belt and Road Initiative is a public product provided by China to the world,which plays a significant role in promoting economic cooperation,civilizational exchange and mutual appreciation among countries.Located at the intersection of the Belt and Road Initiative,the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor has a significant geostrategic value for building strategic bridges.The construction of the first phase of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor has greatly Promoted the improvement of Pakistan’s infrastructure and the development of the manufacturing industry,the local employment problem has been solved to a large extent,the living stundurds of people has been raised.With the launch of the second phase of the project in 2019,it continues to promote the rapid socio-economic development of Pakistan.At the same time,China-Pakistan cooperation is also facing a series of problems such as financing,geopolitics,security,and debt,to which China maintains a firm attitude while taking relevant measures to prevent risks and solve problems.In addition to the industrial cooperation brought about by economic trade,the relationship between the two countries can also be maintained by promoting multicultural exchanges between the two civilizations,realizing the exchange and mutual appreciation of civilizations,and promoting deep strategic collaboration between China and Pakistan,which can help promote the success of“The Belt and Road Initiative”.
