组合捕收剂DYN-3在铁矿石浮选脱硅中的性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 以组合药剂DYN-3为研究对象,将醚胺(DYN-1)与十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)进行组合(简称DYN-3),针对石英、赤铁矿、磁铁矿开展单矿物和人工混合矿浮选试验,考察DYN-3用量、矿浆pH值、温度、淀粉用量对矿物浮选行为的影响。结果表明:DYN-3对石英捕收能力很强,在矿浆pH值为8.0时,石英回收率为99.57%,且该药剂对温度适应能力强,经人工混合矿试验可得到精矿铁品位为68.29%、回收率为95.62%的选别指标。通过红外光谱、Zeta电位等表征药剂在矿物表面的吸附机理。结果表明:DYN-3在石英表面为化学吸附,DYN-3内部的十二烷基磺酸钠(SDS)与DYN-1在吸附过程中存在正协同作用,因此增强了DYN-3在石英表面的吸附强度,从而改善石英表面可浮性。综上所述,DYN-3是一种可应用于铁矿石反浮选的新型高效低温捕收剂。 Taking the combined reagent DYN-3 as the research object,the ether amine(DYN-1)and Sodium Dodecyl Sulfonate(SDS)were combined(referred to as DYN-3).The flotation tests of single minerals and artificial mixed minerals were carried out for quartz,hematite and magnetite.The effects of DYN-3 dosage,pulp pH value,temperature and starch dosage on mineral flotation behavior were investigated.The results show that DYN-3 has a strong ability to collect quartz.When the pH value of the pulp is 8.0,the recovery rate of quartz is 99.57%,and the reagent has a strong ability to adapt to temperature.The concentrate with iron grade of 68.29%and recovery rate of 95.62%can be obtained by artificial mixed ore test.The adsorption mechanism of the agent on the mineral surface was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and Zeta potential.The results show that DYN-3 is chemically adsorbed on the quartz surface,and the SDS in DYN-3 has a positive synergistic effect with DYN-1 in the adsorption process,thus enhancing the adsorption strength of DYN-3 on the quartz surface,thereby improving the floatability of the quartz surface.In summary,DYN-3 is a new high-efficiency low-temperature collector that can be applied to reverse flotation of iron ore.
