Analyzed the case of independently engaging in TCM diagnosis and treatment activities in a medical institution without obtaining the"Chinese Medicine(Specialty)Physician Qualification Certificate",and discussed the problems in the identification of illegal facts,the application of the laws,the identification of illegal income,etc.,as well as some difficulties and confusions in the supervision process of Chinese Medicine(Specialty)Physicians,and put forward targeted suggestions.
