How to treat capital is an important theoretical issue of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and it is also an important practical issue in the new journey of socialist modernization.In the new stage of development,capital have their inevitability of existence,but there is also the risk of disorderly expansion.We should dialectically grasp the characteristics and functions of the capital,master the movement rule,arouse the great potential of capital elements,properly handle the relationship of labor and capital,guide capital into the real production sector and avoid funds being diverted out of real economy,deal with the problem of capital and profit distribution,utilize and standardize the profit-seeking nature of capital,promote the strengths and avoid the weaknesses according to the different characteristics of various types of capital,standardize and guide the healthy development of capital,and construct an orderly market order for various ownership economies.
