摘要
催化裂化装置使用的常规金属钝化剂为锑基钝化剂,造成催化剂上含有重金属锑,成为毒性危废物,对人体和生态环境均具有严重威胁性。本文对凯美可公司生产的硼基环保型金属钝化剂KMKDH-22进行了研究,解决了催化剂上含锑的环保压力问题。通过在淄博XT公司催化裂化装置上的工业应用试验证明:在原料镍+钒含量小于14 mg/kg、加注量120 mg/kg时钝化效果与锑基钝化剂相当,产品分布、收率与锑基钝化剂相比基本没有变化,对催化剂性能也没有影响,可以替代锑基钝化剂在工业装置上使用。
The conventional metal passivator adopted in catalytic cracking unit was antimo-ny-based passivator.The heavy metal antimony was toxic hazardous waste,which was a serious threat to human body and ecological environment.Environment-friendly boron-based metal passivator KMKDH-22 produced by Kaimeike Company was studied in the paper,and the envi-ronmental pressure problem of the catalyst containing antimony was solved.The industrial exper-iment of KMKDH-22 on catalytic cracking unit of Zibo XT Company proved that when the con-tent of nickel and vanadium in the raw material was below 14 mg/kg,the passivation effect of KMKDH-22 with injection amount 120 mg/kg was comparable to that of the antimony-based passivator.Comparing with antimony-based passivator,distribution and yield of the products was unchanged basically,the catalyst performances were not be impacted,KMKDH-22 could replace antimony-based passivator on the industrial unit.
