摘要
基于整车主减齿轮哨音产生机理,利用TPA分析实现主减齿轮哨音拟合,在某越野SUV车型开发前期对主减齿轮哨音进行预测,将主减齿轮哨音风险控制在项目策划阶段,缩短车型开发周期。该整车主减齿轮哨音拟合与控制方法对整车车内噪声性能开发具有指导意义。
Based on the mechanism of vehicle whistle generation,this paper uses TPA analysis to realize the whistle fitting of main reducing gear.In the early stage of the development of an off-road SUV model,the main gear whistle was predicted,and the risk of the main gear whistle was controlled in the project planning stage,and the development cycle was shortened.This has important guiding significance for the development and control of the whistle performance of the main gear reduction of the whole vehicle.
