摘要
湿型砂铸造工艺广泛应用于汽车零部件的制造,由于其生产工艺复杂、制造流程长、生产批次大,生产出的铸件存在质量波动较大的问题。以汽车零件铸造MES系统为核心进行讨论,通过对全生产过程的数据挖掘,及其对质量波动影响的敏感性分析,掌握影响铸件质量问题的相关因素,从而有针对性地采取控制措施,解决了铸件质量波动大的问题。
The green sand casting process is widely used in the manufacturing of automotive components,due to its complex production process,long manufacturing process and large fluctuations in production quality of each unit,this paper mainly proposes relevant solutions to solve these problems.Discussion centered on the automotive parts casting MES system.Through data mining of the entire production process and sensitivity analysis of its impact on quality fluctuations,relevant factors affecting casting quality were known,and targeted control measures are taken to solve the problem of large fluctuations in casting quality.
