自拟泻热退翳汤辅助治疗病毒性角膜炎肝经风热证对患者睡眠质量的影响

Effects of Self-made Xiere Tuiyi Decoction on Sleep Quality in Patients with Herpes Simplex Keratitis of Wind-Heat in Liver Meridian Syndrome

目的:观察自拟泻热退翳汤辅助治疗病毒性角膜炎(HSK)肝经风热证的临床疗效,对患者睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年9月至2022年1月辽宁中医药大学附属第一医院收治的肝经风热证HSK患者40例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组采用阿昔洛韦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受自拟泻热退翳汤辅助治疗。2组均治疗4周,比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后中医证候积分、睡眠质量,比较停药3个月、6个月后2组复发情况及治疗中不良反应的发生情况。结果:观察组临床疗效总有效率为95.00%,明显高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组眼部疼痛、畏光流泪、视物下降、胞睑红肿证候积分和睡眠质量、睡眠障碍、睡眠效率、日间功能障碍评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);2组停药3个月、6个月后复发率及不良反应发生比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:自拟泻热退翳汤辅助治疗肝经风热证HSK患者有较好临床疗效,能明显降低中医证候积分,改善睡眠质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Xiere Tuiyi Decoction on patients with herpes simplex keratitis(HSK)of wind-heat in liver meridian syndrome and its influences on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 40 patients with liver meridian wind heat syndrome of HSK admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2019 to January 2022 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to a random number table method,with 20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with acyclovir,while the observation group received self-made Xiehe Tuiyi Decoction as an auxiliary treatment on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,sleep quality before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Recurrence and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups after 3 and 6 months of drug withdrawal.Results:The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the observation group was 95.00%,significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower scores of eye pain,photophobia and lacrimation,decreased visual acuity,redness and swelling of the eyelids,sleep quality,sleep disorders,sleep efficiency,and daytime dysfunction than the control group,with statistically significant differences(P s<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the recurrence rate and adverse reactions between the two groups after 3 and 6 months of drug withdrawal(P s>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of self-made Xiere Tuiyi Decoction is good on patients with HSK of wind-heat in liver meridian syndrome,which can significantly reduce scores of TCM syndromes and improve sleep quality.
