床上早期功能训练对直肠癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复的意义分析

Analysis of significance of early functional training in bed for gastrointestinal function recovery of patients after rectal cancer surgery

目的分析床上早期功能训练对直肠癌术后患者胃肠功能恢复的意义。方法60例直肠癌术后患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组采取常规康复方法,试验组在对照组基础上采取床上早期功能训练。比较两组患者临床指标(肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、肛门直肠功能评价评分)及生活质量、胃肠功能恢复、临床疲乏评分。结果试验组患者肠鸣音恢复时间(5.40±1.32)h、肛门排气时间(15.50±3.70)h均短于对照组的(7.90±1.31)、(17.50±2.70)h,肛门直肠功能评价评分(5.20±0.29)分高于对照组的(3.20±0.27)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者生活质量评分(45.02±5.55)分、胃肠功能恢复评分(5.55±0.91)分均高于对照组的(36.86±4.53)、(3.01±0.72)分,临床疲乏评分(3.12±0.73)分低于对照组的(5.98±0.93)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取床上早期功能训练对直肠癌术后患者的康复效果显著,可有效缩短胃肠功能恢复时间,提高患者生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the significance of early functional training in bed for gastrointestinal function recovery of patients after rectal cancer surgery.Methods A total of 60 patients after rectal cancer surgery were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional rehabilitation methods,and the experimental group received early functional training in bed based on the control group.Both groups were compared in terms of clinical indicators(bowel sound recovery time,anal exhaust time,anorectal function evaluation score),quality of life,gastrointestinal function recovery score,and clinical fatigue score.Results The bowel sound recovery time of(5.40±1.32)h and anal exhaust time of(15.50±3.70)h in the experimental group were shorter than those of(7.90±1.31)and(17.50±2.70)h in the control group;the anorectal function evaluation score of(5.20±0.29)points in the experimental was higher than that of(3.20±0.27)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of(45.02±5.55)points and gastrointestinal function recovery score of(5.55±0.91)points in the experimental group were higher than those of(36.86±4.53)and(3.01±0.72)points in the control group;the clinical fatigue score of(3.12±0.73)points in the experimental group was lower than that of(5.98±0.93)points in the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Early functional training in bed can effectively shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function and improve the quality of life of patients after rectal cancer surgery,which is worth promoting.
