女性人力资本对贫困代际传递的影响研究——基于CGSS2017数据

The Effect of Female Human Capital on the Intergenerational Transmission of Poverty——On the Basis of CGSS2017 Data

女性人力资本是影响贫困代际传递的重要因素,但其影响的具体作用机理尚不明确。选取中国综合社会调查(CGSS)2017年的有效样本,建立子代收入、子代14岁时家庭社会地位、女性人力资本教育存量和女性人力资本技能存量等指标的回归模型,并探讨女性人力资本教育存量和技能存量对贫困代际传递的影响机理。结果发现:整体上我国依旧存在贫困代际传递问题,子代收入弹性系数为0.075,即子代14岁时的社会地位每提高1%,收入值提高7.5%;女性人力资本在减缓贫困代际传递方面具有重要作用,女性技能存量对贫困代际传递的影响较大,教育存量影响较小;从区域来看,东部女性人力资本对贫困代际传递的影响最大,中西部相对较弱。

Female human capital is an important factor affecting the intergenerational transmission of poverty,but the specific mechanism of its effect is unclear.By selecting a valid sample from the China General Social Survey(CGSS)2017,regression models of offspring income,family social status at age 14,female human capital education and female human capital skill stock were developed to explore the mechanism of the effect of female human capital education stock and skill stock on the intergenerational transmission of poverty.The results show as follows:overall China still has the problem of intergenerational transmission of poverty,and the income elasticity coefficient of offspring is 0.075,i.e.,for every 1%increase in social status of offspring at age 14,the income value increases by 7.5%;female human capital plays an important role in mitigating intergenerational transmission of poverty,and the female skill stock has a greater impact on intergenerational transmission of poverty,but the education stock has a smaller impact;from a regional perspective,the eastern female human capital has the greatest impact on intergenerational transmission of poverty in the east,and it is relatively weak in the central and western regions.
