新冠感染疫情对跨境电商企业发展的影响分析——基于粤东地区的研究

The COVID-19 Pandemic’Impact on Cross-border E-commerce Enterprises:A Case Study of Eastern Guangdong

新型冠状病毒感染疫情给粤东地区跨境电商企业带来的机遇与挑战并存,疫情推动了跨境电商市场拓展和基础设施建设,但也面临着跨境物流和企业生存等问题。为探究新型冠状病毒感染疫情对跨境电商企业发展的影响机理,研究以粤东地区为对象,首先分析新冠感染疫情背景下跨境电商企业发展的机遇与挑战,其次梳理支持粤东地区跨境电商企业发展的政策,最后探究新冠感染疫情对粤东地区跨境电商企业发展的影响,并基于此提出针对性发展策略。就粤东地区跨境电商企业而言,新冠感染疫情带来的影响主要体现在三个方面:其一,短期内跨境电商企业发展受阻,长期发展势头良好;其二,B2C企业受到较大冲击,B2B企业发展平稳;其三,中小微跨境电商企业面临极大损失,大型企业风险抵御良好。据此提出政府扶持提供必要资源保障、精准定位拓展海外电商市场、数字平台提高资源配置效率等发展对策。

The COVID-19 pandemic both brings opportunities and challenges to cross-border electric commerce enterprises in eastern Guangdong.It expands cross-border market and promotes infrastructure construction,but also faces problems such as cross-border logistics and enterprise survival.This paper explores the impact of the pandemic on cross-border e-commerce enterprises with Guangdong Province as a study case.First,it analyzes the opportunities and challenges of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in the context of the pandemic,and then reviews the supporting policies in eastern Guangdong,and finally explores the pandemic’s impact on enterprises and suggests pertinent strategies.The result shows that the impact of the pandemic is greater in the short term than in the long term,is greater on B2C enterprises than on B2B enterprises,and is greater on small and medium-sized enterprises than on large enterprises.Accordingly it suggests strategies like resource support from government,overseas e-commerce market expansion through accurate positioning,efficient resource allocation through digital platforms,etc.
