摘要
受摩擦力等因素的影响,汽车转向压力检测误差过高,提出一种新的汽车机械式转向系转向沉重故障智能诊断方法。在明确汽车机械式转向系转向沉重故障特性的基础上,设计故障智能诊断决策树算法,并构建故障智能诊断平台。实验结果表明,利用该方法检测的转向压力与实际差值较小,有一定的应用价值。
Due to the influence of friction and other factors during automobile steering,the detection error of automobile steering pressure is too high.In order to realize accurate heavy steering fault detection,a new intelligent diagnosis method for heavy steering fault of automobile mechanical steering system is proposed.On the basis of clarifying the characteristics of heavy steering fault of automobile mechanical steering system,an intelligent diagnosis decision tree algorithm for heavy steering fault of automobile is designed,and an intelligent diagnosis platform for heavy steering fault of automobile is constructed.The experimental results show that the difference between the steering pressure diagnosed by this method and the actual steering pressure is small.
