小批量生产模式下柜式先进先出卷烟储存输送装置的改进

摘要 为解决加热卷烟小批量(产量≤2箱,1箱=5万支)生产时柜式先进先出卷烟储存输送装置因物料输送路径较长导致生产耗时长等问题,对输送装置进行了改进。在输送装置外部增加一套烟支自动输送接料旁路系统,包括进料腔、旁路输送通道、自动接料机构及人机交互系统。各机构均采用伺服驱动电机独立控制,通过建立物料流量传输模型,实现了物料快进快出和自动接料功能。以湖北中烟武汉卷烟厂生产的加热卷烟为对象对输送装置进行测试,结果表明:在小批量生产模式下,改进后输送装置生产耗时降低66%,人工投入降低50%。该技术可为提高加热卷烟产品质量稳定性和生产效率提供支持。 In order to get around the long conveying distance and save time,the silo type FIFO(first in,first out)cigarette reservoir system was modified for adapting to small batch(≤100000 sticks)production of heated tobacco products(HTPs).The system was modified by setting up an automatic HTPs conveying and receiving bypass system beside the reservoir system.The bypass includes a feeding chamber,a bypass conveyor,an automatic receiving mechanism,and a human-computer interaction system.Each mechanism is independently controlled by a servo drive motor.Through the establishment of a flow transmission model,the fast infeed/outfeed and automatic receiving of HTPs are realized.The modified system was tested in Wuhan Cigarette Factory of China Tobacco Hubei Industrial Corporation Limited.The results showed that the production time of HTPs reduced by 66%and the labor input reduced by 50%.This technology provides support for improving the quality consistency and production efficiency of heated tobacco products.
