Exercise and Health Promotion Based on Complexity Science

摘要 主动健康是当前经济与社会环境下人们对健康的不懈追求,运动是实现主动健康的重要方式,但基于当前运动科学的认识论与方法论并不能很好地实现这一目的。基于复杂性科学的运动可能是更好地实现主动健康的必要手段,这一理念需要借助于可穿戴设备、人工智能以及云计算等高科技手段来实现。因此,需要政府牵头、多方联合的方式去搭建平台,并将其推向市场。 Being proactive to keep healthy is an ongoing health pursuit of people in the current economic and social contexts.Exercise is an important way to keep healthy proactively.However,the current epistemology and methodology of exercise science failed to achieve this goal.Exercise based on complexity science may be a necessary approach to keep healthy in a proactive manner.This concept needs to be implemented by high-tech means such as wearable devices,artificial intelligence,and cloud computing.Therefore,it is imperative that the government takes the lead and collaborates with multiple parties to build a platform and launch it to the market.
