摘要
因抽水蓄能电站具有抽水等特殊工况,其AGC(自动发电控制)控制功能也与常规水电厂不同。以湖北白莲河抽水蓄能电站AGC控制系统为例,介绍电站AGC控制策略,阐述了厂内试验的方法和过程,通过试验验证了该厂AGC控制系统各项功能完善,控制程序正确、保护功能可靠。AGC控制系统和设备运行过程中能有效避免设备故障和指令错误造成的事故损失,并且动态调节速率等指标达到了华中电网的规程要求,电站具备正常的调频、调峰能力。
Due to the special operation conditions such as pumping,the automatic generation control(AGC)function of pumped storage power station is different from that of conventional hydropower stations.Taking the AGC control system of Hubei Bailianhe Pumped Storage Power Station as an example,the AGC control strategy and the on-site test method and process are introduced.The test results verify that the AGC control system is of complete and good functions,with correct control procedures and reliable protection functions.During the operation of the AGC control system and the equipment,accident losses caused by equipment failures and command errors can be effectively avoided.Also,the dynamic adjustment rate and other indicators have met the regulatory requirements of the Central China Power Grid,and the power station is of normal frequency regulation and peak shaving capabilities.
