摘要
针对10 kV大电流开关柜风冷控制装置存在的判据单一、风机频繁启停、故障率高、故障无法监测告警等问题,研制了一种10 kV大电流开关柜风冷微机控制装置,将开关柜内负荷电流及环境温度作为风机启停的双判据数据,引入可控硅技术控制风机智能柔性启停与调速,并从风机启停延时保持控制和系统故障告警两方面提出了改进方案,可有效降低开关柜内环境温度和设备温度,确保10 kV大电流开关柜安全稳定运行,从而提高供电可靠性。
As for the problems occurred in the current 10 kV high-current switchgear air-cooling control devices such as single criteria in judging device conditions,frequent start and stop of fans,high failure rate and failure to monitor alarms,a 10 kV high-current switchgear air-cooled microcomputer control device is developed,which adopts the load current and the temperature of the switchgear as the double criteria for fan start and stop,introduces the thyristor technology to control the intelligent flexibility of the fan start,stop and speed regulation,and puts forward improvement plans from fan start-stop delay control and system fault alarm,so as to effectively reduce the ambient temperature in the switchgear and equipment temperature and ensure the safe and stable operation of 10 kV high-current switchgear for improving power supply reliability.
