摘要
西安市第某人民医院门诊住院综合楼,总高11层,1层—5层为一个整体,6层以上分为东西2个单体,在11层屋面再将该2个单体连成一体,屋面构架中间有一个镂空圆形造型,高度距地下室顶板约53.1 m。该工程高处悬空搭设支模架是施工面临的首要问题,屋面模板工程难度较大。通过对多种模板脚手架安装使用方案的研究及优化,最后采用贝雷架作为模板脚手架基础,成功解决了这一难题,提高了施工效率,保证了施工安全。
The outpatient and inpatient complex of the Xi’an Ninth People’s Hospital is 11-story high,among which,floors 1-5 are a whole and floors 6 and above are divided into two individual buildings in the east and west.The two individual buildings are connected together on the roof of the 11th floor.A hollow-designed circular structure,which is approximately 53.1 m away from the top plate of the basement,is reserved in the middle of the roof.The priority of this project is to set up suspended formwork supports at heights,which is considerably complicated.Through the research and optimization of installation and use schemes of various formwork scaffolds,the bailey truss is chosen as a successful alternative,which enhances construction efficiency and guarantees construction safety.
