摘要
由于不饱和聚酯漆的特殊组成,其配方中的不饱和聚酯树脂和苯乙烯容易发生自聚反应,从而导致产品胶化变质,所以不饱和聚酯漆的贮存稳定性相对聚氨酯漆和硝基漆要差很多.本文对不饱和聚酯漆体系中造成胶化的因素进行分析,结合试验数据,为涂料行业设计和开发不饱和聚酯漆、提升产品贮存稳定性提供借鉴经验.
Due to the special composition of unsaturated polyester paint,the unsaturated polyester resin and styrene in its formula are prone to self-polymerization,which will lead to product gelling and deterioration.Therefore,the storage stability of unsaturated polyester paint is much worse than that of polyurethane paint and nitrocellulose paint.The factors that cause gelling in the unsaturated polyester paint system were analyzed.Combined with experimental data,it provides reference experience for the paint industry to design and develop unsaturated polyester paint to improve product storage stability.
