Chilblain-like rash caused by COVID-19:a case report

报告1例新型冠状病毒感染后致冻疮样红斑。患儿男,5岁。新型冠状病毒核酸检测阳性后17d双足出现红斑。皮肤科检查:双足掌发红,边界清,压之褪色,偶有疼痛,局部无破溃及肿胀等情况。诊断:冻疮样红斑。

A chilblain-like rash associated with COVID-19 is reported.A 5-year-old boy was presented with erythema on the both feet 17 days after being positive for nucleic acid test of SARS-CoV-2.Dermatological examination revealed erythema with clear boundary on the soles of both feet.The area of redness faded after the pressure was applied.Pain was occasionally noted.There was no local ulceration,swelling and other conditions.The diagnosis of chilblain-like rash was made.
