摘要
以李家壕选煤厂高泥化煤泥水为研究对象开展高泥化沉降脱水的工业试验研究,分析煤泥的矿物组成和粒度组成,搭建基于浓缩机溢流浓度实时监测调节的絮凝剂和凝聚剂自动加药系统,探究传统阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺和聚合氯化铝与新型复配聚丙烯酰胺和新型凝聚剂对煤泥水沉降和脱水的影响。结果表明:煤泥的矿物组成中主要为高岭石,易泥化为微细颗粒难以沉降,同时煤泥的粒度组成中细粒级含量较高是李家壕选煤厂煤泥水难沉降的主要原因;基于浓缩机溢流浓度实时监测调节的絮凝剂和凝聚剂自动加药系统能够根据监测到的浓缩机溢流浓度反馈调节自动加药机的加药量,从而降低药剂消耗;与传统阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺和聚合氯化铝相比,新型药剂能够更加有效地加快煤泥水的沉降速度,降低浓缩机溢流的浓度,提高浓缩底流的浓度,改善压滤入料的粒度组成,缩短过滤时间,降低滤饼水分。自动加药系统和新型药剂的使用,不仅降低了药剂消耗量,也减轻了工人的劳动强度。
The industrial experimental study of high muddied sedimentation dehydration was carried out in the high muddied coal slime water of Lijiahao coal preparation plant.The mineral composition and particle size composition of coal slime were analyzed,and an automatic dosing system of flocculant and coagulant was built based on real-time monitoring and regulation of overflow concentration of thickening machine.The influence of traditional anionic polyacrylamide and polyaluminum chloride with new polyacrylamide and new coagulant on sedimentation and dehydration of coal slime was investigated.The results show that the mineral composition of slime is mainly kaolinite,which is easy to be turned into fine particles and difficult to settle.At the same time,the content of fine particles in the particle size composition of slime is high,which is the main reason of slime water difficult to settle in Lijiahao coal preparation plant.The flocculant and coagulant automatic dosing system based on the real-time monitoring and regulation of the overflow concentration of the thickener can adjust the dosage of the automatic dosing machine according to the feedback of the overflow concentration of the thickener,so as to reduce the drug consumption.Compared with traditional anionic polyacrylamide and polyaluminum chloride,the new agent can more effectively speed up the sedimentation rate of coal slime water,reduce the concentration of thickener overflow,improve the concentration of concentration bottom flow,improve the particle size composition of pressure filter feed,shorten the filtration time,reduce the cake moisture.Automatic dosing system and the use of new agents not only reduce the consumption of agents,but also reduce the labor intensity of workers.
