摘要 为了提高活性深红染料的固色率、解决白地沾色牢度差的问题,将开发的具有高固色率和高沾色牢度的活性深红PRS用于棉织物和人造棉织物的印花。结果表明:当染料质量分数达到5%(owf)时,活性深红PRS在棉织物上的固色率为90.75%;当染料质量分数小于2%(owf)时,活性深红PRS印花棉织物和粘胶织物的白地沾色牢度分别为4~5级和5级;当染料质量分数超过6%(owf)时,其印花棉织物和粘胶织物的白地沾色牢度均能达到3~4级,比现有活性深红PRB印花织物高1~2级;该种染料用于棉织物印花时,蒸化时间可缩短至3 min,且尿素用量对其印花织物的色深影响不大;活性深红PRS可在低碱量条件下印花,与常规小苏打质量分数为2.5%的用量相比,碱量可降低40%。 In order to improve the fixation and solve the poor staining fastness on white background of reactive deep red dye,a new reactive deep red PRS with high fixation and staining fastness was developed and applied to print cotton and viscose fabrics.The results show that when the dye concentration is 5%,the fixation of reactive deep red PRS on cotton fabric is 90.75%.When the dye concentration is less than 2%,the staining fastness on white background of cotton and viscose fabrics printed with reactive deep red PRS is 4-5 and 5 grades,respectively.The values are 3-4 grades when the dye concentration is more than 6%,which are 1-2 grades higher than the existing reactive deep red PRB.When the dye was applied to print the cotton fabric,the steaming time can be shortened to 3 minutes,and urea concentration had little effect on the color depth of the printed fabric.The newly developed reactive deep red PRS can be applied at low alkali condition,and the alkali dosage can be reduced by 40%as compared with the conventional printing process in which the sodium bicarbonate concentration is 2.5%.
