摘要
试验旨在探究添加枯草芽孢杆菌和复合酶制剂对紫花苜蓿发酵品质的影响,采用4×3双因素试验设计,分别添加0、0.1%、0.2%、0.3%的枯草芽孢杆菌(A0、A1、A2、A3)和0、0.1%、0.2%的复合酶制剂(B0、B1、B2),每组3个重复。青贮45 d后测定营养成分和发酵品质,并使用隶属函数法得出最优处理组。结果显示,枯草芽孢杆菌和复合酶制剂处理对苜蓿青贮粗蛋白(CP)、粗脂肪(EE)含量及pH值具有显著的交互影响(P<0.05)。添加不同剂量的复合酶制剂时,A3组DM含显著高于A0组、A1组(P<0.05),苜蓿青贮水溶性碳水化合物(WSC)含量均随着枯草芽孢杆菌添加量增加而显著降低(P<0.05)。在B2水平上,A2组的CP含量显著高于A1组和A3组(P<0.05),A1组酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量显著低于其他组(P<0.05)。枯草芽孢杆菌和复合酶制剂对中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的降解效果不理想。利用隶属函数计算得出,A2+B2组综合价值排序最佳。研究表明,同时添加0.2%枯草芽孢杆菌和0.2%复合酶制剂对紫花苜蓿青贮效果最佳。
The experiment was to explore the effect of Bacillus subtilis and complex enzyme preparations on fermentation quality of alfalfa.The test adopted a 4×3 two-factor experimental design.The addition amount of Bacillus subtilis was 0,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%(A0,A1,A2,A3)and the amount of grass fertility was 0,0.1%,0.2%,respectively(B0,B1,B2),with three replicates in each group.Nutrient composition and fermentation quality changes were determined after 45 d of silage,and the optimal treatment group was obtained using the membership function method.The results showed that the content of CP and EE and pH of alfalfa silage were significantly affected by Bacillus subtilis and complex enzyme preparations(P<0.05).When adding different dosages of complex enzyme preparations,the DM content in group A3 was significantly higher than that in group A0 and group A1(P<0.05),and the content of WSC in alfalfa silage were significantly decreased with the increase of Bacillus subtilis supplemental level(P<0.05).At B2 level,CP content in group A2 was significantly higher than that in group A1 and group A3(P<0.05),and ADF content in group A1 was significantly lower than that in other groups(P<0.05).The degradation effect of Bacillus subtilis and complex enzyme preparations on NDF and ADF was not ideal.According to the membership function calculation,group A2+B2 has the best comprehensive value ranking.The study indicates that adding 0.2%Bacillus subtilis and 0.2%complex enzyme preparations at the same time has the best effect on alfalfa silage.
