随着新一代信息技术的飞速发展,传统的招标方式已越来越不能满足公司信息化发展的需求。文章为解决电力公司原有招标代理系统在业务互通、数据标准化、系统扩展性、可维护性、数据收集颗粒度等方面存在的技术瓶颈,文章基于Spring框架结合“大云物移智”等新一代信息通信技术,建设以统一物资全供应链结构化数据为主线,具有数字化、网络化和智能化特征的招标代理系统,促进数据充分共享、业务深度融合、采购数据价值充分发挥的智慧供应链体系。

With the rapid development of the new generation of information technology,the traditional bidding method has been unable met increasingly the needs of company's informatization development.This paper solves the electric power company bidding agency system in business communication,original data standardization,system scalability,maintainability,data collection,as well as the particle size,and the technical bottleneck,this article is based on the Spring framework combined with the big data,cloud computing,IoT,MI&smart city etc.The new generation of information communications technology such as building materials the whole supply chain in a unified structured data as the main line,The bidding agency system with the digitalization,networkized and intelletualization features promotes the full sharing of data,the deep integration of business,and the intelligent supply chain system that gives full play to the value of procurement data.
