摘要
针对当前用于垂直起降运载火箭的重复使用液体火箭发动机典型特征不够明确的问题,分别从垂直起降运载火箭外部要求和重复使用内在要求2个方面进行了分析,研究总结出10个典型特征,将其中的重复使用次数、起动次数、推力调节范围、推进剂过冷度增量等进行了量化,并开展了重复使用液体火箭发动机关键技术分析。后续应当基于典型特征建立重复使用液体火箭发动机标准体系,加快重复使用液体火箭发动机关键技术攻关,开展重复使用液体火箭发动机研制,促进重复使用运载火箭能力生成。
The typical characteristics of reusable liquid rocket engine for vertical takeoff and vertical landing(VTVL)launch vehicle are not clear.To solve this problem,the typical characteristics of VTVL launch vehicle were analyzed from the aspectsof external requirements and internal reusability requirements.A total of 10 typical characteristics were summarized.The reusable times,the starting times,the throttling range and theincrement of propellant supercooling were quantified for the first time.Based on the above 10 typical characteristics,the reusable key technologies were analyzed.It was suggested that a standard system for reusable liquid rocket engines should be established based on the typical features.Moreover,key technologies for reusable liquid rocket engines should be accelerated,and the development of reusable liquid rocket engines should be carried out to promote the capability generation of reusable launch vehicle.
