Discussion on the Safety of Cold Box in Fractionating Tower of Air Separation Equipment

空分设备是多机组、多设备集成的大型成套装置,涉及的安全问题较多,通过分馏塔冷箱安全事故案例的剖析,提出精馏塔系统、分馏塔冷箱加强管道的设计和安装要求,提高分馏塔冷箱运行的安全性。

Air separation equipment is a multi-unit,multi-equipment integration of large sets of devices,involving many safety issues.Through the analysis of fractionating tower cold box safety accident cases,the distillation tower system,and strengthening the fractionating tower cold box piping design and installation requirements are proposed to improve the safety of fractionating tower cold box operation.
