汉族人上颌第一前磨牙髓腔形态及增龄性改变的CBCT研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的应用CBCT研究汉族人上颌第一前磨牙髓腔形态与增龄性变化,为精准的临床治疗提供参考依据。方法收集汉族人上颌第一前磨牙360例(男、女各180例),年龄15~74岁,每十年为一组分为6组,分别测量颊侧髓角高度、舌侧髓角高度、颊舌侧髓角间距及根管口间距,并进行统计学分析。结果男性:颊侧髓角高度为(3.10±0.96)mm,舌侧髓角高度为(1.56±0.77)mm,颊舌侧髓角间距为(3.18±0.48)mm,颊舌侧根管口间距为(4.04±0.64)mm。女性:颊侧髓角高度为(3.04±0.79)mm,舌侧髓角高度为(1.67±0.73)mm,颊舌侧髓角间距为(3.11±0.42)mm,颊舌侧根管口间距为(3.88±0.53)mm。颊侧髓角高度与舌侧髓角高度间的差异均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄组间两两比较显示,均有显著统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论汉族人上颌第一前磨牙颊侧髓角高于舌侧髓角;颊舌侧髓角间距约为3mm;髓腔形态具有增龄性改变;随着年龄增长,颊、舌侧髓角高度显现性别差异。 Objective To study the morphological and age-related changes of the pulp cavity of the first premolars of Han nationality with CBCT images,so as to provide reference for accurate clinical treatment.Methods A total of 360 cases of maxillary first premolars(180 male and 180 female)aged 15-74 years were collected and divided into 6 age groups every 10 years.The height of buccal and lingual medullary angles,the distance between buccal and lingual medullary angles and the diameter of root canal were measured and statistically analyzed.Results For males,the mean height of buccal medullary angle was(3.10±0.96)mm,the mean height of lingual medullary angle was(1.56±0.77)mm,the mean distance between buccal and lingual medullary angles was(3.18±0.48)mm,and the mean diameter of buccal and lingual root canals was(4.04±0.64)mm.Female:The mean height of buccal medullary angle was(3.04±0.79)mm,the mean height of lingual medullary angle was(1.67±0.73)mm,the mean distance between buccal and lingual medullary angles was(3.11±0.42)mm,and the mean diameter of buccal and lingual root canals was(3.88±0.53)mm.The difference between the height of buccal medullary angle and lingual medullary angle was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of mean values between different age groups showed that there were significant statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The buccal medullary angle of maxillary first permanent premolars in Han nationality is higher than lingual medullary angle;.The distance between buccal lingual medullary angles was about 3 mm;.The shape of the medullary cavity changed with age;The height of buccal and lingual medullary angle showed gender difference with age.With the increase of age,buccal and lingual pulp Angle showed a high degree of gender difference.
