摘要
对直接膨胀式制冷机组在核电厂的应用技术进行研究。从系统、功能、结构、性能、载荷等方面介绍直接膨胀式制冷机组在核电厂通风系统中的设计特点;重点对核级直接膨胀式制冷机组的验证方法进行分析,包括样机选取、性能试验、老化试验、抗震验证、抗爆验证和软件验证。本研究可为核电厂直接膨胀式制冷机组的设计和验证提供依据,保障核电厂冷源的安全性和可靠性。
The application of direct expansion refrigeration unit in nuclear power plants is studied.The design features of direct expansion refrigeration unit in the ventilation system of nuclear power plants are introduced from the aspects of system,function,structure,performance and load.It focuses on the verification methods of nuclear grade direct expansion refrigeration units,involving the selection of prototype,performance test,aging test,anti-seismic verification,antiknock verification and software verification.This study provides a basis for the design and verification of direct expansion refrigeration units in nuclear power plants,and ensures the safety and reliability of the cold source in nuclear power plants.
